After working for nearly a decade as a copywriter in the tech industry, Erich took a hiatus to work as a landscape laborer and hasn't looked back since. In 2020, he co-founded Hampton West Landscapes in Fort Collins, and the company grew rapidly throughout Northern Colorado before he stepped away to build ENSŌ.
He won a 2022 Award of Excellence from the National Association of Landscape Professionals for his first major design commission, is a licensed General Contractor, and was recently featured in the print edition of NOCO Style's annual 30 Under 30 awards.
As a lifelong competitive athlete, Kyle knows how to work hard and coordinate effective teams. Originally destined for a career in medicine, he worked with Erich on a part-time basis before committing full-time in 2022.
Kyle has achieved certifications as a Landscape Technician through the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and as a Segmental Retaining Wall Installer through the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA). He has also passed the test for Certified Paver Installers, completed Core Certification in general construction, and received a Concrete Skills Certificate.
